  • Since these are digital files, we do not offer refunds once the product has been sent.

  • If you face any issues in accessing your files, contact us at support@checkmatez.in and we’ll resend your files at no extra cost.

4. Errors & Double Payments

  • If you are charged twice or face a transaction error, please contact us immediately. After verification, the extra payment will be refunded within 7 business days.
